We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors, features, and prices of our skincare products. However, packaging or formulation updates by manufacturers may occasionally vary. All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are subject to change without prior notice.
 3. Order Placement & Confirmation
 When you place an order on our website, you will receive an order confirmation via call, SMS, or WhatsApp/email to verify your purchase details.
 FairParlour Expert reserves the right to accept or decline any order for reasons such as product unavailability, inaccuracies in pricing, or suspicion of fraudulent activity.
 4. Shipping & Delivery
 We ship orders across Pakistan using reliable courier services.
 Delivery times may vary depending on your location (usually taking 3 to 5 working days). While we try our best to deliver on time, we are not liable for delays caused by courier companies or unforeseen circumstances.
 5. Cash on Delivery (COD) & Payment
 For Cash on Delivery orders, please ensure you have the exact cash ready at the time of delivery.
 Refusing to accept a verified COD order without a valid reason may result in your account/phone number being restricted from placing future orders on our store.
 6. Return, Exchange & Refund Policy
 Customer satisfaction is our priority. If you receive a damaged, leaking, or incorrect product, you must inform us within 48 hours of delivery along with unboxing proof (photos/videos).
 Products can only be exchanged if they are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Opened or used skincare items cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons.
 Refunds (if approved) will be processed through bank transfer or easy-paisa within 5–7 working days after we receive the returned item.
 7. Limitation of Liability
 FairParlour Expert is not responsible for any adverse skin reactions or allergies resulting from the misuse of products. We strongly recommend checking the ingredient list for any potential allergens and doing a patch test before regular use.
